Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., is a psychologist with 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, business executive, educator, and author.
She is the President and CEO of HeartMath® Inc. Deborah also serves as the President and co-CEO of HeartMath’s parent company, Quantum Intech, overseeing strategic alliances and the expansion of HeartMath technologies worldwide.
Quantum Intech develops and licenses health technologies and products powered by HeartMath® that transform anxiety and improve health and performance.
Deborah also serves on the Institute of HeartMath’s scientific advisory board and Physics of Humanity council. She helped develop and oversee HeartMath training programs and is a key spokesperson for the HeartMath system, giving media interviews and keynote addresses throughout the world. She has appeared in documentary films and on numerous telesummits, hosted webinars with Dr. Daniel Amen, author of Change your Brain, Change your Life, who wrote forward to HeartMath’s Brain Fitness Program and with trauma specialist Dr. Bessel van der Kelk on healing trauma with heart rate variability training, and recently spoke at Health 2.0 and Partner’s Connected Health Symposium.
Deborah has penned a dozen books herself, and co-authored with Doc Childre the Transforming book series, published by New Harbinger. The series includes five titles, including Transforming Stress: The HeartMath Solution for Relieving Worry, Fatigue, and Tension.
Deborah is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council and is on the Advisory Board of the Transformative Technology Lab. She is regular columnist on Care2.com and the Huffington Post. She enjoys hiking in the redwood forest where she lives, tending her rose garden of 40 vintage roses, and exploring fun new apps.
