Elena Kholkina is a fashion photographer based in Moscow, Russia. She studied “New strategies in contemporary art”, at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, Moscow, and has a post-graduation in Photography, from FotoDepartament, St. Petersburg.
Although living in Russia she travels around the world. Thus, her work is universal, as she photographs in her journeys new models, new designers and local creative from the places she visits. She also has photographic diaries of her travels.
Kholkina’s imagery world manages to capture and preserve hints of innocence while mixing it with compelling atmospheric scenarios.
