I have been an amateur photographer for as long as I can remember, but my problem was that I’d only been using built-in phone cameras for all those years. It was only in summer 2012 that I finally bought my first ever DSLR camera at the age of 30, and that is the same camera I shoot with now, less than a year later, my trusty wee Nikon D5100 DX camera.

I’m a huge fan of Irish landscapes and night shots and I use both the Nikon 10-24mm wide angle and Nikon 18-200mm for normal shots, along with a tripod of course.
