Rinzing Kelsang
As a child I loved both music and fine arts (drawing and painting) and I could never decide which path to follow. I am now in my early forties and my dilemma persists, so I do both. On the days when I am a musician, I work as a music specialist with people on the Autism Spectrum. As a photographer my fields are documentary, street and fine art photography; I am also enthusiastic about reportage style portraiture, family and wedding photography.
In general I like to make images of anything that moves me. In my street and documentary photography, I am often drawn to situations where people seem to be strongly connected or disconnected with/from themselves, others or their environment.
Fine art to me is about the simple joy of seeing and capturing colours, textures and forms.
